ORDERS

All prices are stated in £sterling and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges.

Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this Website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account prior to despatch of orders. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel any order made from Claire Marie Dresses of Distinction Boutique and we will then issue you with a full refund. Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing within an hour of the order being placed. You must email your name, address and order number within the hour of placing the order. Upon receipt of your email we will cancel the order and reply to you confirming that your order has been cancelled. If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

 

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you have the right to return the item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition for us to issue you with a full refund (minus the delivery charges).

When returning the item we will take no responsibility for any losses or damage so we recommend you pay for a recorded delivery with insurance for the total cost of the item.

We also recommend that you sent item back via special delivery as we will need the item back within 7 days. Please send back the original invoice with your return. Don’t worry if you have lost this as all purchases are logged in the my account section.

If the item you received is faulty, please email us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of what is wrong with the product and if you would like to exchange it or be issued with a refund. We will then contact you within 24 hours of receipt of email. Please note you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

If the item you received is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of which item you would like to exchange it.
